    i'll take 75 - trying to buy an 8yr old house in countryside with 3 beds and garage for 106!!! you gotta love lincolnshire!!!

    75k , last yr i was down at raynes park (15 or so mile from west london ... looking through the local rag ...... A 1 Bedroom 5th floor maisonette was over 150k
