Default I too have removed the cloudiness - wet sanding!! :)

Following on from THIS THREAD I have just had a go myself.

Shows the befores, not that bad but still looking pretty shabby.

The "durings" this is after the wet sanding. 240/400/800/1200 grit on a sanding pad. Water with megs NXT shampoo as a lube.

A 50/50 on the one side that I remembered to do one. Not a taped off 50/50 but it shows the results never the less.

A few finished shots after polishing and sealing using 3M FCP, Megs #83 and 3M ultra fina. Then sealed with FK1000

To say i'm pleased is an under statement as they have always bothered me

I'm really pleased. I cut corners with the 240 W&D and its left a few scratches on one side but they are so much improved i'm not touching them again. I was surprised by how rough they were whilst sanding.

I see I have started something here lol.

They look spot on Big Sig and I know what you mean about them always bothering you as they did me. I now have to keep looking at them when I go out as am so pleased with the difference.

    Unfortuantely i'm not at either.

The next club thing i'll be at is the VXR Power day on August bank holiday weekend. I'm then at Santa Pod for the European Finals and Renault World Series in the following weeks! Funds are limiting me to what I can do in September lol.
