Default Help please... VXR diffuser not playing ball

    Hi all

I recently ordered part number 9271537 which is a VXR diffuser to fit to my SRi rear bumper. I have painted it black and I removed my standard VX trim.... now in two parts ready to fit the new one and the lugs do not line up with the bumper

It seems to small in length or am I going mad?

I have tried to fit the original back on for now but it looks pants now

Will it deffinately fit or are there different variants of VXR diffusers?

    Regards

    Jon

Thats the same one I ordered for mine but I had to cut off two "supports" from the old one that are part of the bumper as they get in the way. They have a small hole in the bottom to take the plastic rivits. (my old one also came off in 2 bits!)

I worked out from the middle to the edges. There are two longer tabs, push those in and just work along until they are all in. Takes a while and is harder to push them in than I expected.

I also had to drill a hole in the end to put some of the plastic rivits back in, but didn't notice there were no holes for them until I had fitted it!
