smart pen touch up

hi just thought i would throw this question out there.have you heard of the smart pen that is selling at the moment,seems to be to good to be true,and that says to me it is to good to be true.just thought i would ask the question if anybody has tried it and what was there thoughts on this product.thinking of trying it caus i have a few hair line scratches and i want it to look mint.let me know your views before i buy thanks
