just went to turn the air con on full and me being a heavy handed get. it went past 4. clicked. and ended up at 1 again.i clicked it back and ive got nothing blowing out at all now.any ideas.would be greatfull.cheers luke

You may have broken the pot or just be lucky the plastic housing, either way a replacement is the way to go
i think its is mate. ive just put it back together and its blowing even when its off.1 and 2 do nothing,and 3 and 4 feels like 1 and 2.???????? strange.
