vectra bulbs

hi anybody thinking of upgrading their headlight bulbs i have just replaced mine with osram silver star which are 50% brighter and they are also uv stop so they will not degrade the plastic lenses (not all upgrade bulbs are ) £13.08 from carbulbs.com including delivery,also replaced the side light bulbs for osram cool blue £6.56 from the same place so under £20 delivered. I have included pic (not the best seeing as it is daylight ),steve.

The only way to improve the headlights is to fit a HID kit.

as above its the only sure fire way to improve overall visibility

- and while you were changing the bulbs you should have fitted some lovely chromed indicator bulbs to get rid of the horrible orange ones

Yes i have replaced the side indicators with clear brought from a car breaker for £9 the pair they do look alot better

,also replaced the radio ariel for a bee sting from ebay still get good reception on the radio so no probs with smaller ariel.

I fitted Xenon upgrade bulbs from an ebay shop I'd used before, still wasn't happy with lights (dip beam) so carried out Duncan's Mod - fine now. Have seen Cameron's HID in action so may go for a set when it's out of guarantee.
