Another exhaust question

I'm wanting to fit a new exhaust on the GSI in the next month or so and have a couple of questions.

1. Am I right in thinking that there is no issue MOT wise with removing the cat from an 04 GSI?

2. I know everybody rates MIJ, but as I'm up in York its a bit of a trek down there, so does anybody know of anyoine in the Yorkshire area that could make me an exhaust?

I have a signum 3.2 v6 (same engine as the gsi) mines also an 04 model.

A month or so ago had the complete exhaust removed from the flexi joint back.

Now have a full powerflow setup, with the CAT removed.
Took the car in to get it emmission checked and all is fine.

There are still two pre-cats fitted on the car before the lambda sensors so everything is still fine.

I still have the CAT in the shed, just in case it ever needs welding back in!
