hi guys im trying to sort out a remap for my 55plate (2006) 2.0T facelift, maptune say they can get 230bhp from my car with saab green injectors p/n 12801656, loom 15357996 & there remap! i was told that the facelifts have these injectors or better injectors on them, iv looked at the colour of mine & they are grey with a blue top, my question is do i have to change the injectors or are the injectors on my car the better ones?

the blue tops are standard - the green meanies are better and will improve the flowrate - there the ones you need

the part numbers i gave are what maptune would put in a vectra 2.0t, taken there correct could i get the injectors from saab, get them fitted by say superchip & get them to remap my car at the same time? would this produce the same out put? & if the saab injectors create problems is it a case of just taking them out & putting the old ones back in?

Yip if you get them from Saab they will be fine

the map must be one specifically tailoured or custom made to take the new injectors into the equasion -otherwise your going to have fuelling issues .

The injecters needed are Siemens Deka and are light green in colour. You will need these fitted to get that bhp from either Maptun or BSR. Neo Bros in north London can supply and/or fit the injectors for you, you can buy used or new injectors, makes no odds really as the used ones willl come from a working engine etc. I think they are about £65 ish each new or about half that used.
