    Default Bargain coilovers? Opinions?

    http://www.venommotorsport.com/manuf...l&model=Vectra

Has anyone an opinion on these? Seem to be too good to be true but a good name and reputable company...

Just make sure the threads are kept clean and greased up. Main problem with cheaps ones is that the adjuster rings can corrode onto the strut

I was going to order some springs but for the extra money I may well go for these instead. Just have this nagging thought at the back of my head that when something is to be good to be true it often is....

I bought those very ones from venom motorsports ebay store. Arrived at the house within 48 hours! Seem to be ok, like John says grease up the threads and they will be fine. I've got them on really low just now and its a pretty stiff ride lol! Cornering is much better though.

Can vouch for Venom Motorsport but not the coilovers as I don't have those ones but did buy my current Spax kit from them. I originally ordered the Supersport sprint kit but despite a couple of weeks trying, they couldnt get hold of it because of the manufacturer. They offered me the Spax kit at the same price (it was £100 odd more) and that arrived next day. Can't fault their service.

Pretty sure Dave (Hyperhart) is buying a set of those at the moment though, might be worth asking him how he's getting on.

Yep, bought mine off ebay yesterday.
So far 4 other forum members have bought them and from the pics that have been posted it all looks good.
Main reason i've went for these is every time i've gone for lowering springs (Eibach and Apex) the results i have had have been very disappointing, least i know that i will see a difference in ride height with these and at £188 you can't go wrong.

Just a week ago they had them up for £298.99 as i have been watching these for the last 2 months.

I dont understand how they can achieve that?
