Vectra C rear electric window conversion

hi guys, at the end of august i will b getting a 1.9 vectra sri but cant decide which engine, 120 or 150 and wounderd if it is possible to convert the rear windows from manual to electric and is it a hard job can you just plug the new loom in or do you have to make a new1 up would any1 fancy earning some money wink wink, also when buyin the car is there anythings i should b looking out for and what things tend to go on the diesel engines, all your help and comments are really appreciated, thanks

when you get the car mate it will be clearer ..easy job if loom is there, have a look at the how 2

if you have the wires in the body loom is a couple of hours work tops then a tech2 to get it to work.
if you car does not have the wires in the loom its a days work and possibly more .
i know i had to add these wires to mine and its not for the faint hearted but well worth the hard work and its a must if you have kids in the back

what is the need for it to have a tech 2 and would any of you guys be willing to do the job for the right money, do vauxhall dealers do these conversions for you?

dont even bother going to vx for the conversion if you dont have the wires in the loom.
it will be IT CAN'T BE DONE or LOTS OF DOSH.
i have done a couple of these now and its not a hard job but it does take a long time to do and most of the interior has to come out if you dont have the wires.
but if you have the wires it very easy.
a tech2 from vx will cost £30-£80 give them a ring and ask.
or see if any-one on here can activate them.

Am able to do this here including all tech2 work.. Just finishing off one at the moment.... Based in Essex so a fair distance from you...
