    Default Signum rear seats

Is the rear seat of the Signum only really suitable for two? Reason I ask is that I've been considering possibly changing my Edition 100 Vectra for either a Vectra or Signum 1.9CDTi 150 Elite but I'll have to cross the Signum off my list if I can't get three kids car seats in the back. I'm also assuming the Signum has a middle 3 point belt as well.

Should probably get down the dealers and check it our for myself but any views would be appreciated.

its not the most comfortable 3rd seat in the world... fine if you're 5 inches wide!

As you'll have seen from my pics int hat other thread Marc, the middle seat is nowhere near as wide and comfortable as the other two. It's probably okay for a smaller kid - but I wouldn't want to be an older kid/adult sat in it for any length of time.

Best thing I suppose is to pop down to a dealer with the kids in tow and give it a try.

Yeah, middle seat is best for kiddies - I don't carry many passengers, but when I have to, its two only in the rear (despite having a seatbelt for third)

You'll ever get 3 kids seats in the back. My 13 year old has now outgrown the middle seat cause his head bangs on the roof but if he was as wide a load as me he would have outgrown it years ago. Its a seat to nip a very small woman home round the corner but for the other 2 its brilliant! Got a small wife??!!!! For when I was in your position 13 years ago- no! I think I've seen some threads converting it to a vectra rear seat but your young un's wont appreciate the comfort! Stay a Vectra or Zaffira!!

Go for a vec estate....that was my main reason for choosing what I did. There's ample room for 3 normal sized adults to sit confortably in the back, with seat belts on.

And aaaaaalllllll that bot space for your install...

in my opinion the signum is a four seater. you will have no chance of getting 3 kiddie seats in the back!
