    Default Lowered rear suspension.

I have an "04" vectra 1.9cdti 150.My son has an "05" 120,which is just a couple of months younger. Both cars are identical to look at except that mine sits lower at the back.I enquired about this at my local garage and was told that mine, because it was a 150,probably had a sports suspension at the back.
Is this right or was he just talking a load of tosh?.(they won't let me say B******S)!!!!.

    Is yours an SRi...?

The SRi's have slightly lower suspension than non-SRi's but all round.

I assume you're rear springs are ok, and not broken..?

Either that or your son's has had broken springs and they've fitted standard springs instead of sri ones

    Default

No.Both vehicles are Design's.I thought that new springs/shocks had been fitted to his car at some point, but he went through all the history,(it was a lease vehicle) and there was no mention of anything being done to the rear of the car.
My car had an oil and filter change on friday and they also sprayed all the rubber suspension bushes, especially at the rear of the car, whilst it was on the ramp,so I am sure that they would have spotted anything that was not right.
I just can't understand it as his car is definately lower at the back than mine!!!.
