Hi, I've been offered a dtuk red chip from a signum cdti 150, and I wondered if anyone know if it would work in my vectra cdti 150. I've tried for nearly a week now to contact dtuk but they won't reply. Can anyone help

They do work (I have one for my V6, which is collecting dust on a shelf...the box that is!). The boxes are the same for both cars. In fact, there isn't a great deal of difference among any of them. Plug it in and enjoy!
But don't be too surprised if you find yourself posting in the 'Engine & Drivetrain' section in the near future.
Happy tuning!
Are they that bad, I've read a few forums about people having a few problems, but does that not just depend on how you drive it
I fitted the "Italian box" to my sons 120 veccy tonight.Zzzzooooooooooommm.
It's not even up to half way and it was flying!!!!.Nice smooth tick over and a
crisp throttle response, and when the turbo kicked in,it really KICKED IN!.For £69 quid I think we may have got a result.
No they are fine, Dog just doesn't know much about cars and keeps talking rubbish to people.
There are problems with the 1.9CDTI that can occur, such as the EGR valve, swirl valves but tuned and untuned engines alike suffer from these. Putting a box on won't make any significant difference to whether or not you encounter these.
Thanks for the advice everyone, decided I'm gonna get the chip and chance it, it's just too tempting a extra 56 bhp for £100. Is there any other mods people would suggest. I've been tempted in turning it into a VCR replica it's got the exterior pack already
Lol iPhone trys to correct everything I write.
