Why not just get a decent set of custom fit ones and replace the oe ones?

cause i find the OE ones decent for my needs, plus the 6X9's are easy amped and a cheaper option..

i have a 900w amp just sitting begging to b used and i feel a good set of rears will make a big differance.

How about some 6 x 9" Speaker enclosures?

Think maybe the seperate rear shelf is a better option but thought I'd throw it out there =)

Not 6x9's but I have 8" speakers in the front doors.... I bet with some custom work like I did you could fit them in the front.....

Sorry just read thread properly. I don't think finace company would like you modding the doors.... Just get another shelf off ebay and sell it when the car goes....
