Default Help!! car running Rich low MPG Diagnostic report inside

Hello any one out there who knows about these readings can help me.

I am getting 15mpg round town london and 30 on the motor way using shell normal fuel i get 31mpg using shell ultimate.
car is signum 2.2 direct petrol

seems some thing is wrong i cleaned manifold, throttle body, o2 sensor thats in the Cat, and also the one thats in the intake manifold and egr (egr and high pressure fuel pump is new).

so would like some one to check these readings and point me to the stuff thats need fixing or changing .

I do not get any fault codes when scan.

here is the readings that show car is running rich

Interesting one this, normally I'd say its the lambda sensors causing the problem but looking at the diag report it looks like they're doing what they should be as long as they're switching (voltage fluctuates high to low etc), Also I would usually say that the air mass could cause rich running but you haven't got a fault code to suggest this (unless it is on its way out and not flagging a code yet of course) discount split pipes as they would make it run leaner rather than rich. I think like hoochy says first thing would be to do a full service, change the fuel filter, oil and filter, air filter and plugs, might be worth sticking some injector treatment through it as you may have a sticking injector that is pulsing for too long therefore injecting too much fuel, examining the plugs should give you a good indication of what each cylinder is running like.

hi i clean o2 sensor with 100% alcohol,

    B1S1 O2 Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 1),1.484 mV
    B1S1 Air/Fuel Ratio (Bank 1 Sensor 1),Rich
Will jump from rich to lean after engine is warm

    B1S2 O2 Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 2),762 mV
    B1S2 Air/Fuel Ratio (Bank 1 Sensor 2),Rich
    is always stuck on rich

    Is this normal?

car has new filter, new cam chain. new oil 10-40 semi magnatec. (new spark plugs bought for dealer . GM brand)
the car is also a bit lumpy on idle
    ill smell the oil tomorrow
