    Unhappy headlight washer problem

as most of you know i have fitted the kit to my car but it has never worked propperly, now today i had the chance to rip the car to bit's and check what was wrong, i tested the original pump and it sort of worked out of the bottle so knowing this was prob faulty i had a new one to fit...

after fitting the new pump and washer level sensor i rebuilt it all and tested but again it's not working, i remove the pump and it work's then re-fit it and nothing, all hoses are clear but when i disconect the hose and power up the pump it doesnt work for some reason, god know's what i am doing wrong (if anything) but i cant get the chuffing thing to work right...

and i know there is a delay on the pump operation and has to be done when head lights are on so any idea's ?????

Theres not a ready fit kit for the prefacelift.... only for the facelift.. and there you need to change the valve.. (from where the hose from the bottel, and split out to the washers it self) if its for a prefacelit..

i had to change mine as i bought the ready kit, and hoped it fitted.. but nope.. had to change the valve, and the connectores to the washers it self..

the valve is easy to check.. you might have put it in... but you can put it wrong..

the open valve every thing goes through every where..

The non return only works on pressure.. but theres no markings on what is "in" on the valve.. think to remember that its the one that sits below the rest

    trying to draw here

Thats how i remember it.... (maby wrong) but you can blow throuhg it from any point as you can make enough pressure your self..)
