Question Error code p0400, EGR help.

    Hello!

    The story goes........

Was working on my 05 plate 1.9 CDTi 150 Signum last night with a friend around the engine bay trying to work out how to remove my faulty Air Con Compressor (worked it out now btw). Anyway, we were having to move things aside (gently, at least I think so) around the front of the engine near the air intake piping to get at certain areas below. Put everything back together again and now my Exhaust ignition gases light is permanetly on (NOT flashing before anyone says about that) and I have a fault code of p0400.

My thinking is that I have accidently disconnected or knocked loose something to do with my EGR? Anyone got any ideas where to look? I'm planning on having a look myself tonight but tips before hand would be most helpful.

It's funny you mention this as the VAC pipes were some of the pipes I had to move......... reakon I've disconnected it? In my ignorance, where do the VAC pipes leads to, pictures would be very helpful!

P.S Thanks for the tips so far!
