    Default Xenon headlight bulb recommendation

Want some good xenon bulbs for dipped, main and sidelight bulbs. Ive tried for my dipped beam Halfords Super Brilliance Blue and RING ICE BLUE but really their crap to be honest. Looking for the bluey/white that you see on the Police Vec's, wouldnt mind a set of them. Dont want a full kit change, just a plug and play.

Never changed my main or sidelight bulbs ever before so never tried any.

Any ideas on what to go for, for each beam an where to get them from? And am I right in saying before I have to dismantle the front of my Vec that the dipped beam is H7 and main is H1?

Basically you can get Xenon upgrade bulbs, which just swap over with your old ones, or a HID conversion. You won't get the same as the police use as they have ones that are legal for them, not us (so I was told by two officers, correct me if I'm wrong).
You might want to try Duncan's mod to get the beam height up, as they all seem to start too low.

Anything the police uses has to be street legal(with the exception of blues and twos of course which are strictly for emergency vehicles)

Don't fanny around with them - a proper 6K HID kit is only about 65 quid and the difference in light output is phenomenal. You'll never use halogens again...
