    Just to say the extra power of the leds is minimal so they should work off the boot light with no problems....

    Just like thanks to the o p for this thread i have 2x 48 cm strips on order for my tailgate and now i am thinking of doing the footwells as well
    Driving vauxhall,s for 30 + years
    and still loving it

    iv just ordered some. these can be cut off every 3 led's so you can put 3/6/9 and so on in smaller places!

    After seeing this thread today I'm keen to do my foot wells, I'm not actually keen on the "ice white" look so can you get amber coloured ones to match my standard dash lighting?? Or would red LED's be a better bet.

    Also - what's the best way to run power down from the interior light??

    As a continuam of this post has any one else fitted these led strips in to a signum tailgate .

    ice wheite is for the boot as it gives best light output but i agree that a cool yellow/orange for the inside would be a good chioce

    Sorry to bring up an old thread, I am looking to do the above and have ordered the LED's but what cable and where do i get it from as the cable that comes with the LED strip isnt long enough for me!

    I just used normal speaker cable you get from B&Q and same for foot wells.
