    Default No Power below 1500rpm

Hi Guys i've got a small problem i seem to have a loss of power below 1500rpm.

Anyone got any ideas on what could be the cause of the problem.

    Thanks

Let me guess 1.9 CDTI 150? If so it could be the egr valve however I wouldnt say there is anything wrong tbh as this engine generally doesn't have the grunt under 1,500rpm anyway. If the issue is bad enough that pulling away is dangerous then I would say the egr valve is the first port of call as it is a common problem on this engine - if this is the one you have.

Best it booked in any case.

Evenm tough you have cleaned it, it may not be functioning fully tbh. Even if the solenoid moves freely, it still may not be functioning properly.

Manifold issues tend not to affect the low end performance - only 2,500rpm and above really.

Most likely the egr valve but again it depends how bad it is as you could be spending money on an issue which doesn't really exist.
