Don't bother.....

Sent a brand new rear light to a member on here about 3 weeks ago free of charge and posted it to him again free of charge. It went 2nd class Royal Mail. It didn't turn up in the end. Today got a sarcastic and patronising PM off him.

Haven't had much luck with post offices lately (4 laptops gone missing sent Special Delivery ) but TBH but if you're doing something for nothing you don't expect grief for it......

Can't say i'll be bending over backwards to do a favour for someone I don't know in the future.

I can understand your frustration John, but any issues between members regarding transactions they've done should really be kept off the forum.
