    Question wipers wont come off

    i need to take the wipers off to access the linkages on my veccy.the passenger wiper is broken and need to try fix it.anyone got a how too or some advice.thanks

    I take it you mean you cant get the wiper arms off the splines that come up through the plastic scuttle panel?

    to remove wiper arm: -

    • unclip the nut cover
    • take the spindle nut off
    • use a suitable puller to free the wiper arm < (draper manufacture these, for example)

    it may come off without using that tool, but you risk damaging the windscreen without the puller.

    slacken the nut but dont take it right off then just pull at wiper arm wiggle it till it goes loose then take nut fully off and job done...
