    Question New "Pass Code" needed

    Hi All, Can anyone give me any advice on how to get a new passcode for my Vectra C as i dont know it/got it with the Car Aparently its a four digit code thats programed to the individual car
    Any advice/Help would be apreciated

    You can get a new car pass from your VX dealer for about £15.
    I take it you don,.t have the "car pass" in the handbook. That has the information you are after including the radio code if applicable.

    Yes that what im after, There was no handbook with the car and TBH my own stupidity didnt think to ask about it either , Do i need to cotact the dealer where the car was originally purchased or can i call my local VX dealer to purchase one

    You can go to your normal dealer to order it. You just need proof (sales receipt etc.) that you own the car.

    It'd be worth a call though to the supplying dealer first as often, particularly if the car was serviced there, they'll have some of the codes stored on their system.

    Any should be able to do it. I think you might need to take the "log book" to prove you own the car. Might be worth giving them a ring first to ask what documents you will need to take to them.

    tbh i never thought of checking for this when i brought my vectra its been over 8 months now, so ive just sent the vx dealer asking them if they will issue me the CAR PASS worth a try
