Default Sometimes only a picture can get our attention!

Her last call was from a new cell phone... Do you see the motorcycle?

    Now do you see it?

The Honda crotch rocket rider was travelling at approximately
85 mph. The VW driver was talking on a mobile phone when she
pulled out from a side street, apparently not seeing the
motorcycle. The riders reaction time was not sufficient
    enough to avoid this accident.
    The car had two passengers
and the bike rider was found INSIDE the car with them.
The Volkswagen actually flipped over from the force of impact
and landed 20 feet from where the collision took place.

All three involved (two in the car and the bike rider) were
killed instantly. This graphic demonstration was placed at
the Motorcycle Fair by the Police and Road Safety Department..
Pass this on to car drivers or soon to be
new drivers, or new motorcycle owners

AND ESPECIALLY EVERYONE YOU KNOW WHO HAS A mobile PHONE!!!!!
A picture is worth a thousand words.
Save a life Stop talking on Mobile phones and Texting while trying to drive.

The life you save may be your own...or mine.

Jeez Dez, I must show this to 2 of my daughters, maybe it'll make them think twice before using the phone whilst driving, because they take no notice of me ranting and raving at them.

i would imagine that most of the destructive kinetic energy was transferred into the car and them the associated parts were "retained" by the interior of the car and its occupants - no doubt the vehicle has been "cleaned" up for the display but the message remains the same

as i said - i would imagine that the "accident" has been cleaned up

having been to motorcycle vs car fatalities... i can tell you

there would be bodyparts and fluids everywhere - they have obvioulsy removed the door to gain access to remove the bodies from the fatalities - and then clean the vehicle for the purposes of biohazards so that it can then be displayed - the bike was probably then reinserted

i dont think that were disputing that this might be a "mock up" of the "real incident" but as i said above ...the message remains the same

this is from a real accident in stockholm

    http://www.driveandstayalive.com/art...crash_2005.htm

the above link includes a photo from the accident site of the car on its roof = the door having been removed for access and does contain blood ****** YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED********

but for the doubting thomas's its from a real incident and real people really died
