Excel Macro's - Any Experts

I need a Macro that i can assign to a pivot table , and also to a single spread sheet to update them (Refresh)

Anyone help, i have tried the record function but cant do it

'Worksheet("SheetName").Calculate' will refresh the sheet.

Don't use excel much, so not too clued up on pivot tables, but seems to be plenty of info on google, such as..
