Why not just put a cut in your old ones to allow the lamp cable to fit ?

The part that needs a 'wire clearance cut' is the little metal gadget that holds the lamp into the back of the reflector.

My first set came with a couple that were a pig to clip into place.... so I just 'stressed' the original ones until they split, passed them over the wire and fitted the lamp.... perfecto

    Question Felixx.

Regarding you HID problems, did you buy an "OBC error free" kit or did you fit a pair of cancelers?.
