hi, yep did this myself. really wasn't so bad! if you are going to attempt this, get new washers and new securing assembly locking nuts and cup washers as they are pretty brittle and can shatter, leaving you with no car while you wait for vx to order them in for you. they're cheap so worth replacing the lot if yer having all injectors out. as long as you are methodical and careful, it really is one of the easier jobs you can do yourself on these cars
