Door Handle Trouble

i removed the rear exterior door handle obviously having used the screw within the door to unlock the handle. The Screw as somehow lost all thread and im unable to move the screw in nor out. Ive managed to get the handle back on and the door closed for the time being but im unable to use the door on the outside.
Any ideas where im able to get another screw or get it out atleast.

i had the same trouble.....the screws are aukward to get to,you need the correct tools to do it right.i knackered up one of my screws but just about managed to get it finished without damaging too much
you will prob need 2 get the screw drilled out i think
