Got a 2004 1.8 Vectra C and the heater only blows cold.
Any ideas what fault could be? I suspect thermostat....
If so, is this an easy fix and any help you can offer (pictures/instruction)
Cheers

does the engine temp gauge read correctly when the engine is hot??? if it does, then its not the thermostat. More likely to be a sticking flap motor on the heater controls. Sometimes they can be freed up by gentle persuasion and some lube. I think theres a how 2 on the subject, but i do know you have to remove the glovebox (easy job) to gain access to the flap motor.
one thing that worked for me turn the temp switch to full cold and leave for a few secs then turn to full hot quite fast, repeat a few times and hey presto mine has worked perfect since.
good luck
Thanks for this gents, tried the truning the heater control a few times and this morning I had hot air blowing. Cheers again.
