Hi,
I've been looking through the manual and noticed that some models could have a phone system built into the car, just below the heater controls.
Is it possible to fit this still, ordering parts from VX?
All your help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Neil

I belive it can only be fitted when the car is manafactured, but I might be wrong.
neil vauxhall want some thing like £530 for the unit and then you my need a wire to a microphone if its there
so i kick in the head
Ill tell you how has one in his car drinky and its brill
so a little steep in price, should have come to expect that from vx. i had a cark-91 handsfree kit in my old car which was great, but would of preferred the original look in this one. maybe go for a bluetooth kit instead then.Originally Posted by ian_c
The factory kit is fully intergrated and AFAIK cannot be retro fitted , the cradle for the phone goes where the cupholders are by the handbrake , although most aftermarket kits can look neat and tidy if not fitted by a monkey , this is my Nokia CK-7W install in my own car
Cradle on dash
Mic mounted by the sensors for the alarm
Volume and answer button for bluetooth mounted by the cup holders
Thanks for the pics mate, helps me visualise it in my own car. i think that i will forget the intergrated phone kit, and go for the CK-7W, thats the bluetooth kit i believe.
dennis you will have to get your pics resized
all we will have to expand the clubs bandwith
Yes it is , you have the ability to also fit a cradle , but it can be used as bluetooth as well , you can do full audio intergration as well so you can pump up the volume via the headunit !
