the front bumper, 4 screws at the top, 2 in each wheel arch and 5 underneath then just pull the side of the bumper away from the wing and disconnect air temp and fogs if fitted

rear bumper , remove rear light clusters, 2 screws in each wheel arch and 2 near the number plate lights again pull the bumper away from the arch and i used a thin knife in bewteen the 2 plastic bits ( u will see what i mean lol ) then possible 2 little plastic clips underneath the bumper if they are attached ( mine wern't )

    hope this helps

when removing the diffuser i used about 6 thin knives on the clips to save breaking it again it probably sounds arkward but one you start removing screws on ur bumper it is realy easy

    thanks mike,

"i used a thin knife in bewteen the 2 plastic bits"

go on, tell me more .lol.
on the front bumper when you mention pulling the bumper away, is that because there on locating lugs? from past experience on other bumpers i had to slide them into runners. just dont want to go pulling something that could easily snap

sorry m8 it is hard to explain really they are just on little lugs, the bumper just pulls away from the wing and then just click back in when refitting.
to be honest it is probably the easiest job to do on the car and once u have located all the screws it is just common knowledge really and when u have removed the bumpers u will see exactly how to remove the diffuser aswell
