Should I avoid 2.2 DTI?

I have been looking at buying a Vectar TDCI however a local garage has a Vectra 2.2DCI diesel for sale for £4000. It has 60k on the clock and it is offered with a 2 year warranty. It is late 2003. I wasn't going to consider this car but a 2 year warranty and the fact that the dealer is within 10 minutes drive has made me think. Is it worth getting or will it end up costing more?

should be about £3200 or such for a 2003 model from a dealer? 2.2dti is a solid engine other than the crankshaft pulley which can delaminate

I have looked on auto trader and can't seem to find anything around £4000 without a really high mileage. I thought the 2 years warranty made it good value. Where is the best place to look to find cheaper?

there alright www.mh2k.com ive broiught off them but its far away from you unless you dont mind traveling,

ive always been told if they are giving the warrenty away its no good, might be wrong

well i paied that price for my 2.0dti 05 plate last year , so i think thatds a good deal 59k aint that bad

engines are normally bullet proof but as they said bit pricey
