I think it is a good idea to re-post this thread. It brings it all home to you, and the newer members will see it too. A stark reminder about speeding can only be a good thing in the long run.

The speed awareness course was a good 4 hours, and i would have this recommended to be taken at the point before sitting your test, can be shown in classrooms along with the written test

As i drive for a living i see alot of idiots on the road every day ,i think this sorta thing hopefully would make them think about slowing it down abit or in some cases alot. Deffo would make me stop and think IF i drove like a complete plank ...

oh yeah, seen that before. tbh though, you'd have to be a complete twit to drive like that in built up areas.
bit of a difference between giving it some beans on a clear dual carriageway with long sightlines, and booting it like a chav through london.
