    Default CCR2006 on the Fritz

    This is driving me round the bend, i went about removing the unit and i wouldnt budge i put the 2 pins in and pushed them in. Tryed to pull it out and no give.

    Decided its not going to come out and pulled out the aircon etc underneath and had a little fiddle. seemed that something might of been loose.

    Anyway basically i was just asking the pins should allow it to come out no problem, but is their anything else i should be doing?

    The radio can be a real pain to get out, it's a tight fit. You will have to try and get your hand in to try and push it out.

    As said, double din units are quite tight...

    You need three hands,

    2 to pull out the extractor tools away from the sides of the head unit,
    <--- --->

    and another to push the headunit out from behind.
