Fault codes for knackered manifold 1.9

Hi all, does anyone know what fault codes show when the swirl valves on the manifold are shot?

just cleaned EGR valve and boost sensor along with cleaned some crud from throttle body. car now has no power at all and getting blue smoke from inlet manifold area.

Hmm getting p2279 intake air system leak showing. any ideas?
