Correcet oil for AF40 auto box

Can someone let me know the CORRECT and BEST oil for the AF40 auto box.

Haynes list GM 93 165 147 is this ok as i want to put the best in it.

Thats just the vx part number doug, if you go to your motor factors and ask for ATF - AW1 that will be perfectly adequate and probably a damn sight cheaper than vx

is that the same grade as vx or better. I dont mind what the cost is as i know the probs assciated with these boxes and dont want to put low grade oil in it.
