    Default Just ordered front vxr style bumper add-on

    Right lads, just ordered this.................

    was just wondering is anyone has fitted one of these before and got any advice on how to fix it to bumper, seller has informed me that it needs to be glued into place, what products could i used? would black silicone work?

    you will have to let us know how it goes paul i have been watching that item for about 2 months now, waiting for someone on here to get one. u might even be able to help me fit mine as i only live round the corner lol

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad new but i bought the same item and it will need more than glue to fit, you will have a reshape and trim the fibreglass part to fit there very roughly made, i gave up due to being to much hassle and just bought an original one from the stealers, If you are good with bodyworking and have the time thats ok but if not i would be prepared to send it back for a refund.

    i got one fitted on mine but i had it from vauxhall dealers, supplied,painted and fitted, not cheap but it fits perfectly and looks ace..
