2.2 DTi - are there different versions

Hi, new to the forum, sorry if this is a stupid question. Was there a change to the 2.2 DTi engine in 2003. I have been looking at the spec and there seems to be different figures on the net. Some state 0-60 as 9.8 secs and some state 10.5secs. Also the CO2 (g/km) changes from 176 to 169. The tax also changes at the end of 2003.

If there was a change how would you know whether a car has the new or old version?

The changes were from October 2003 mate, if you look at the tax disc the car should be taxed for 150-155 quid. Thats the easiest way to tell (unless you have the logbook in your hand)

Great, thanks. So is it the newer one that does 0-60 in 9.8?

Can't vouch for the 0-60 times as I thought they were the same throughout the range, possible just websites getting things mixed up
