Just seeing what oprions I have preferably with the standard calipers, if any? Would the 308mm of the 2.6 GSi's fit?

The Vectra B calipers are completely different and not compatible mate. Your options without changing the calipers are limited apart from fitting drilled or grooved discs/green stuff pads which would have a small difference but I haven't tried that so can't comment.

Your main options are upgraded the setup to either the 314mm V6 brakes or the 345mm VXR ones. In either case you need to buy the full setup with calipers, carriers, discs and pads...

OK thanks. So if was able to get hold of the calipers I take it the carriers (where it bolts on to the strut) will also be needed? Out of interest, what size mine as standard?

Yours are 302's mate. I upgraded mine to 314's on my old 2.0T after I remapped it, and they made a big difference .

302's on the front, 292mm vented on the rears (biggest available, only upgrade are the VXR rears which are the same but painted blue...) In general the carriers will come with the calipers anyway mate, but it's always worth cheacking if you're buying them off ebay etc...

Hoses are the same mate, but if you're investing in the VXR's then for an extra 50 quid a set of braided hoses won't do you any harm...

Not exactly. Kit is on back order from germany. They say middle of next week so when the garage that's doing it get it reckon it'll be a couple of hours so fingers crossed! But good news is that the dealer i got the car off has agreed the pro former that the garage sent to them. I spoke to torquingbhp earlier about a re-map so when it's done will be going over there
