    Default Mile munching ability

I had cause to drive 400 miles with about a one hour pause for am meeting and a particularly delicious Mixed meat Kebab in Blyth, yesterday and have to admit the seats and driving position in the Vectra SRi (sport seats) is really very very good. It is easily a rival in comfort and refinement to my old Saab a car that was better than anything I had previously driven and I am deeply impressed by the wee thing.

I had the opportunity to have some fun with her on the old Hadrians wall road instead of the A69 from Carlisle to Newcastle and she still returned over 50mpg for the trip.
Handling felt a bit squirley on some bends but I know this is the ditchfinder crap currently living on my front rims and as soon as I can afford these are getting binned.

indeed effortless - i drove to reading last week (wed) 160 mile trip each way (long enough break for a coffee, as the meeting had been cancelled for the footy and no one bothered to tell me ) and when i got back my knee's were killing me, and my bum was numb

    - thats what happens when you take the companies Fords

0-Large smile ......every time it's driven

I must admit I have been very impressed with the handling of my basic LS, I cant believe how flat it corners compared to my old Accord. I cant say the same about the seats though, which I find very hard. I find I sit on them instead of in them and even though it has decent side bolsters I do find that im rolling about between them, and im not a small guy.
