Default CD70 Navi, no power following flat battery???

Help please, I'm new and this is my first post.

I've just bought a Signum 2.8T with the CD70 Navi and driven it faultlessly through Central Europe, put it on a ship across the water from Greece to Cyprus where I live and picked it up this afternoon with a flat battery.

The prats at the port probably off-loaded at night, and left the bleeding lights on. Anyway, with a jump start and 5 mins delay I was off and despite the idiot putting on the leads the wrong way round (causing sparks), everything was ok - until I noticed that the radio, CD nor the Sat nav was working. Screen is fine showing BC but, no power at all to the main audio unit.

I've checked the obvious fuses plus, every single other fuse in the 3 compartments and cannot spot a fault. I've checked the terminals on the battery and looked in both manuals for a clue as to why the power is off. The windows have reset ok and everything else in the car is fine.....

Is there another fuse at the back of the CD70 Navi unit?
Could it be a loose car/unit connection at the back?
    Am I missing something obvious?

    Your kind advice is appreciated......

The Signum is a great car BTW. I've had 2 Calibras (1 red top and 1 V6), I had a 1997 Astra GSI (not red top) some years ago now but, the power in the 2.8T is one of the finest deliveries of power i've driven - what an engine?!

    Thanks

    hi Kev welcome aboard

if you like the car now try it remapped

hopefully this may help with your question

my only concern is the car having the jump leads mounted the wrong way may have caused a short somewhere.... hopefully its related to the battery as per the thread above

0-Large smile ......every time it's driven

    Thanks guys.

Managed to find that the internal 15a fuse at the rear of the unit had blown. I replaced it this morning no problem - all working fine.....

    Thanks again.
