Is it the usual to have your warranty cover increased ?
Got renewal in, £120 a year increase,
I thought if you dont use it , it would come down or stay the same atleast

i think youll find as with all insurance you end up paying for everyone elses claims.
paul i spoke to the mechanic that does my car about the warranty ,as ive got the 150 cdti ,and was worried about it , he said put some money in account and if some thing go,s get it fixed . which is what i did , i had the car two months and the egr went and the aa warranty said it was not covered and it was a five star policy .btw i can get vx parts at trade price as got a trade card from them . khalid
its the risk factor as age and wear increase threre is more probability of a claim ...therefore the premuim is higher - not dicimilar to private healthcare ....the older you are ...the more it costs
0-Large smile ......every time it's driven
It also goes on what model you have, i got a quote for my GSi and was told it would be around the £1200 mark for 12 months so i told them to stick it.
So , called them up, exact same deal except i can choose from a non franchised VAT reg garage, labour rates up to £75ph
Total: £290
cheaper than last year, happy now
i went with click 4 warrenty, STAY WELL CLEAR
said it covered me from day 1 for wear and tear,
400miles later the dmf went, guy come out to check it while it was up on the ramp and he refused my claime,
he said it must of been wearing out before i took the warrenty out,
going to a small claimes court to try and get my money back as they are not upholding what they said on the advert,
so just be aware that they will allways try to get out of paying..
