    Default What does anyone think?

I just completed 685 miles on 57 litres of diesel brim cut off plus one squirt to the same brim plus one squirt. The car is a 20,000 mile Sri CDTi 1.9 16 valve (150) in stock un-modified state.
This comes out at 54.8mpg and the obd was reading similar, The route involved much motorway, Glagow to Carlisle, the A road to Newcastle, A1M to Ripon, A-roads to North Bradford, morning rush around the city ring road, then M606/M62 to Stockport, M60> M61 >M55 to Lytham and then around Blackpool itself before M55 M6, M74, M8 back home over two days lots of cruise control set at 75mph a true 71mph on the nav screen.

I am very pleased as it included a regen cycle on the run South from Newcastle

I sort of set out to see what I could manage and used the A/C intermittently but not so as I was uncomfortable I also read the road to maintain smooth driving but not so as to be an eco-muppet.

I was just a bit curious to see how she would do this time round.

Your joking!! I just got combined 41.4mpg out of mine over a mixture of motorway and town. I imagine i was mid to high 40's on the motorway. Has yours been serviced lately?
