This seems simply stupid to be used by the Police, except to stop a chase by going head to head in narrow streets! Hmm it would need a retractable spike about 5 foot long for that but hey!

they are quite quick with no trailer,and these 'may' not have a speed limiter,so should be able to pull 80-ish
