    Default Remap at home

Hello. How can I remap, at home, my ECU from a Vectra C 2002 with Z22SE, while on eBay and on another sites exist a lot of flashing tools? Can this be done with Galleto or KWP2000+? And if this can be done with one of those tools, and if I will be able to save the original map file from ECU, who may can modify it for me? Has anyone saved a modified map file compatible with Z22SE? To remap my ECU at a specialized dealer in my country (Romania) it's so expensive. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

It can be done with KWP2000 but you run a very serious risk of killing your ecu.
I would advise against any DIY remap to be honest. Not saying it has not been done but there have been more than a few instances of ECU deaths through a DIY ECU flash.
Those Galleto and KWP flash tools you see on ebay are chinese clones. The real deal would cost thousands to buy and i would 100% not install any software that comes with them.
You can buy maps online and use the flash tool to install them but Maps are not cheap either but then they are designed to be used over and over again which is where you make the money back.
It is really not worth remapping your Z22SE because the gains will be minimal, probably 8bhp at best but with a bit better low end pick up. Buy a decent exhaust and go for the placebo effect as the noise will make you think you are going faster than you are.

On several sites I've seen that gain power is between 10% and 15%, but the remap improves the torque. I saw that at this engine can not be done more then derestrict, K&N filter, modify TB, and exhaust. Any other ideas? Thanks for the advice.

The ecu isnt very well cracked as there is marginal market for it unless you aer supercharging it.

Does canceled anyone the EGR? What's the improvement? If I'll canceled from ECU, I'll still need for the EGR cheater? My Vectra C has a lag when I shift the gear from step I to step II and from step II to step III at big rpm. Sorry for my english!

If you want to map that at home mate you want the BSR unit. They send you the file via Internet and you flash it to the car with there hand held unit, not cheap though.
