    Default Rear Shocks

One of the rear shocks is shot on the vec, seen Bilstein B4s on LMF for a good price so going to do the job myself. Two questions, what sizes are the top and bottom nuts, some say E18 for the top and E20 for the bottom, and some say E20 for both. Also where is the best place to put an axle stand at the rear.

    Cheers

as long as the car is safe and the axle stand is on somewhere that is part of the chassis you should be fine

just remember safety is paramount , you really dont want the car falling on you

i used axelstands on the chassi and a jack to lift the arm, so it was easier to change and hold the shock..

Takes like 10 minutes a side on the rear.
