Can only be something to do with the switches or its connections themselves,
as the circuit between the window motors and the door control module and REC (rear electrical centre) must be okay for the windows to work from the tech 2 unit.

Could be something as daft as a missed earth wire on the switch.

Just because they illuminate doesn't mean to say they will make a contact when pressed Have you tried cleaning the contacts inside the switch? Could be something simple like that. There's a thread on here about cleaning the switch contacts for people who's windows aren't working properly http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showth...witch+contacts

The obvious thoughts are, whether ALL the necessary modules have been programmed to recognise that the electric windows are PRESENT.

Other than this, check that all wire connections are clean and securely fitted.

Then there are the fuses in the rear electrical centre.

Strange question, but is there maybe a wire link within the correct front switches that is not present in the two door switch.
(As I am sure there is probably a switch that isolates the rear windows, so that kids can't mess with the rear window switches.)

I think you might have it there, yes there is a switch to block the rear switches on the drivers panel.
