    is this the correct size/type of socket to remove oil filter on 2008 1.9 cdti vectra

    cheers dude. on the bay for a fiver. just ordered oil and filters from autovaux giving me summat to do next week if i get time

    That's the same as I bought and does make the job much easier.

    Just in case you are not aware its a must to use a six sided 13 mm socket and not the normal socket or ring spanner on the sump plug. They are made from a very soft material and will round off very easily.

    Got 2 oil changes to do on cdti's at the weekend, gonna use a normal 32mm socket on it..
