Try warming the pipe up. Put the lot into some hot water or carefully warm it with a hot air gun etc.

Where the hose connects. Just be careful you don't burn it.

which part is stuck ...the pipe or the jet?? if its the pipe then pull and it will give ...if its the jet place a small piece of wood on top and then hit carefully with a hammer to pop it out

as regards to adjustments .....there is a how2 on here to make a tool from a pen lid ...or theres a bloke on ebay ripping people off to the tune of about a fiver !!

    it is Hyper tight ...

if you have the new pipe with both new jets conencted you might find its sufficiently long enough to "snip" the old one just past the connector - just offer it up to see if you have any "spare" mine was over long when I purchased them ...but still managed to Pull the little blighter apart

sorry mate = put it as close as possible to where its going to be mounted (i.e. fit the jets and feed the new pipe to where the current connector is that your having an issue with) then hopefully you have an excess amount of pipe near the connector you should be able to see how much extra and cut the pipe on the old one to "compensate" for the new and rejoin from there ....probably as clear as mud ...

    Hth

other option is to cut the old pipe CAREFULLY with a craft knife on the washer jet side of the connection to allow it more movement and to open up the connector.. this way you not damaging the part you need
