    Default still vibration from clutch

Had a vibration from clutch when pressed so had a new dmf and clutch fitted luk parts vauxhall fitted them, problem is i still have the vibration in the clutch when pressed, could this be something simple like a bearing or something, i remember reading on here someone else had this prob after fitting a dmf and clutch and the stealers said the vibration was normal, anybody any thoughts on this.

have you taken it back to the dealer that fitted the parts to get there opinion? as i understand it, its normal to feel a small sensation through the clutch pedal, even when everything is ok. is it this or something louder? tbh, they would have changed the release bearing (concentric slave cylinder) with the flywheel and clutch, so doubt this will be the problem. Take it back if your not happy with it, you paid to have the job done, so get it checked,

Yes you do, the Sale and Supply of Goods and Services Act says so. In lay terms it says that they should do the job properly. that said, if the parts themselves are faulty and not the garages workmanship then you would have to claim for the labour from the parts supplier which would be trickier. as the garage had upheld there part of the bargain.

I had a problem with an LUK flywheel being out of balance and it gave me a world of problems, but still whoever fitted it should have inspected the part prior to fitting.
